Mat Policies
- Group classes are 1 hour and require 3 students
- Classes are subject to change
- No refunds, transfers, or extensions
Private and Semi-Private Policies
Cancellation: 24 hour notice is required. As a courtesy to our trainers, we must enforce this policy. When possible, our instructor may be able to accommodate you by rescheduling your session for the same day. However, if this is not possible at the discretion of the instructor, you will be charged for the session. For semi-private clients, if your partner cancels, you have the option of booking a private session.
